Moisture survey kit for building inspections
The Tramex Building Survey Inspection Kit provides the instruments and tools needed to conduct a thorough moisture and humidity inspection in various building materials such as drywall, wood, plaster, brick, ceramic tiles, resilient flooring, laminates and roofing and numerous building materials and air spaces.
The Moisture Encounter MEX5 moisture meter measures moisture content in wood and drywall and provides comparative readings in a variety of building materials. It also features a built-in hygrometer for ambient conditions and psychrometric values, an Infrared Surface Thermometer and incorporates the external RH probe for in-situ equilibrium RH readings, as well as the hand-held and hammer-action pin probes for wood, drywall, and WME readings. The insulated 200mm (7.8") pins and narrow 260mm (10”) RH probe allow for deep wall cavity and insulation pin probing.
Bluetooth connectivity to the Tramex Meters App allows for visualization of readings, moisture mapping and data reporting to mobile devices, to GeoTag test results, create, save and share photos, reports and charts, as well as see your meter screen on your phone when extending to hard to reach places.
The Tramex Building Survey Inspection Kit comes with an extension handle and a protective heavy-duty carrying case with die-cut foam lining.
