The Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) certification covers the art and science of carpet cleaning to professional service providers and others in related industries. Emphasis is placed on practical application, identifying fiber, yarn, and carpet constructions, style types, and finishes, soiling conditions, cleaning science and methodology, and other issues and concerns faced by individuals who maintain and clean installed broadloom carpet. Upon achieving the certification, you have demonstrated you know how to perform carpet cleaning techniques and procedures, including pre-inspection, fabric identification, basic cleaning chemicals and equipment, and proper cleaning techniques and procedures with a residential and light commercial emphasis.

Exam fee: $80.00 payable to the IICRC and collected by the instructor prior to the exam.
Class Cancellation Policy
Due to the expenses involved with scheduling classes including, but not limited to, travel arrangements required by our instructors, it is necessary to implement the following cancellation policies:
Customer Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance of the class: We will provide a full refund, less a $100.00 processing fee.
Customer Cancellations made within 14 days of the class: No refunds are possible, but you may choose to transfer your seat to someone else within your organization; re-schedule to another class; or choose to receive a credit in equipment or supplies. Note, that there will be a $100.00 processing fee for re-scheduling a class.
In the event of a no-show for class, there will be no refund, transfer, or equipment/supply exchange permitted.
Classes Rescheduled by Us: All reservations will be transferred to the new date at no charge.
Classes Cancelled by Us: Every customer is entitled to a full refund.
Classes Cancelled by Us due to inclement weather, national emergencies, or unforeseen emergency circumstances: Every customer is entitled to a full refund or a seat in the next available class.

Jeff Cutshall is a Master Textile Cleaner and an IICRC Approved Instructor with over 40 years of experience in the cleaning industry. Starting his career right out of high school with a national franchise, he has worked in many facets of the business—from technician to manager to successful business owner.
For more than 25 years, Jeff has been a dedicated instructor, consultant, and international public speaker. He instructs a variety of classes for a broad range that students may select from, including courses he teaches in Spanish. He and his wife, Rachelle, have also successfully operated a commercial carpet cleaning business in Kansas City for over two decades, where he continuously explores new cleaning methods, techniques, and products to stay ahead in the ever evolving industry.
